"Alright, you go ahead," Verney said, obviously having no reason to stop Justin and also unable to stop him.

In a fleeting moment, Justin assessed his surroundings. To his right was the IV stand, and to his left were some medical machines of some sort. Justin glanced upward and saw the pale yellow fluid inside; he truly had no idea what it was, and he knew that if he asked, he would only receive vague answers.

Currently, the distance from Justin's hand to the IV stand was about thirty centimeters, his arm span was about sixty centimeters, and Verney was standing at a sixty-degree angle relative to the IV stand. If Justin were to swing his arm now, it would collide with the stand, causing it to tilt towards him. Verney's current distance from the stand was about one meter, and at his fastest speed, he wouldn't be able to reach it in time to catch it.

Furthermore, a human can lean and twist their body to catch an object at about forty-five degrees, plus the length of their arm span. Ver
