Matt couldn't help but curse his luck. The man whom he had bumped into earlier stood there with his hands akimbo as if waiting for someone. And Matt hates to admit that that someone might be him. Matt would have just chosen to walk out quietly. However, the man was currently standing on the only route that would lead Matt out of this place. The entrance of the abandoned building had grass and weeds growing around it, it looked crusty, dusty and definitely not attractive. The entrance door was metal and though it looked closed from a distance but at a closer look, one would notice it was slightly open. The moment the Broda family reached their home, grieve soon filled their presence and their household. They had lost an important member of the family and it felt like a hard blow for them. A few minutes ago back at the abandoned building, Matt had forcefully dropped the spade on the ground with a loud harsh thud. "Is this blood on your shirt?" Cara who held a deep curious frown on her face asked Matt while still staring at his clothes. Matt whose eyes were closed as he was ready to sleep off snapped them open with a confused look. He first stared at Cara who stared back at him before looking down at his clothes, Matt cursed in his mind as he slowly closed his eyes. The blood stains on his shirt were because of what he did in that abandoned building where he buried his mother. He had used the spade to cut her head off which had caused blood to splash on him.
