Thirty One

"These are the files you requested sir..." A man in a black suit stood humbly in front of Mr. Revenmar, who had his glasses on. He seemed to have added a few more wrinkles and grey hair could be seen at the front of his head.

The man carefully looked through the papers he was given which were just pictures and some printed words.

"These are all ordinary... you said he had shady movements." Chairman Revenmar complained.

"Yes sir, the thing is... we can't prove it. No matter how much he is traced, how close we get to discovering him... we always miss it."

Chairman Revenmar leaned into his chair and rubbed the edge of his mustache after the person in front of him spoke.

"Do you want me to keep watching him, sir?"

"There's no need for that..." The chairman said and waved his hand which was a signal for him to leave the office.

As the man got outside, he sighed as though he had just passed through a death trial.
