Chapter 172

"Hey, bastard! Look at my dead wife! Why did you have the heart to kill her? She's just a blind woman who can't even tell the difference between day and night!"

I peered over the wall. The old man was picking up his wife's body and dragging it down the street. I felt sad when I saw him. It looked as if his soul was shaken by the death of his wife.

I turned and looked back to the front. I paused to consider what steps to take.

I gasped as I heard a very long scream. As I looked out from where I was, the old man's shot had hit a middle-aged woman. The woman's body immediately fell to the ground. She was crying and holding her shot leg. There was no one to help her, everyone was afraid of being shot.

The old man was seen approaching the shot woman. As if blindfolded, he shot her in the head. The woman looked terrified and kept begging.

"Don't shoot me. Please." I could hear her voice trembling with fear, I clenched both hands, feeling angry that the old man was acting without thinking. I
