Ramond was Augustina's mother's younger brother. Since she was little, he had always been like a father to her. At least he became a father to her when her own abandoned her. He was even the person that had suggested and helped her escape the last time.

She hugged him and laid limp in his embrace. After a long time, she finally let him go. He stroked her head, he was a good height taller than her. She liked it, it did not feel in any way like the way her father was digging into her afro for the gem.

"How have you been, my little jellyfish?" He asked affectionately.

"I told you before don't call me that anymore. I am no longer eight years old." She complained shyly.

He sighed then he brought her closer, "It is tomorrow you know. The Futon festival." She nodded as she found herself a chair to sit on, her long silk gown following in her movements.

"I know and I am aware that I have no choice in the matter. This is fate giving me the middle finger in the *ass."

Tiny watched as he hurriedly left with the maid. In truth, she was very curious as to what was happening, but she was forbidden from ever leaving her quarters. She sighed as she sank into the couch. Lifting her hand to the ceiling, she observed the multi colored lines that had now formed on her body because of absorbing too much Anima. "Tomorrow, right? It will all be over by tomorrow." She folded her legs to her chest and began sobbing.Meanwhile, Ramond had rushed to where the said incident had happen. In front of him, were two soldiers. The first one was a really tall male with dreadlocked hair and the other was a very pretty young girl. If he was to guess, he would say that the male was maybe around seventeen of age and the young girl somewhere in her twenties.Unknowing to him, these two were Derek and Lydia, and in front of them was the the half alive soldier with his chest bare and and a message written in his own blood that read: We are coming for the Rainbow Anima. The Ebora

Lydia laid by the side, her breathing obviously heavy. She kept on coughing out blood. While Hayaa constantly reminded Derek of how much time was left for Lydia."I can guess what you are wondering," Ramond spoke to them. "How did I know you two where here. You see that is quite simple." He raised his hand to them. On his wrist was a device that had close resemblance to a wrist watch."Oh! You two nearly fooled me by that trick you both pulled. But I am in charge of the security of the royal family. So imagine my surprise when I find that according to the scanners, I was heading towards the palace in two persons, while I was clearly at the Atlas district. I can see that the Ebora have become so brave that you do not even put us the sons and daughters of Atlas in your eyes anymore."As he talked he was physically getting angrier by the moment, "You even dare have plans on the Rainbow Anima stone. I'll make sure to cut you up into tiny bits."As he talked, Derek felt as if something was

*cough* Lydia coughed intentionally, ruining the moment. It suddenly became awkward and Derek was at a loss for what to do. He wanted to explain to Tiny but also to lydia but then... *Shush* Tiny placed a finger on his lips. "You can put me down now Derek" Lydia asked and Derek released his Rune chain holding her in place. "Thank you!" Derek was at this moment caught between a rock and a hard place. Lydia saw the look on his face and could not help but laugh. Tiny looked at Derek and also joined her. Now, Derek was even more confused on what was happening or what to do. "Don't worry Derek, Tiny knows. In fact, she has known for a long time now." Lydia explained. Derek could not help but scratch his head in confusion. "Also," Lydia looked at Tiny and she nodded to her. Lydia also nodded back to her, "we have come to an agreement." Lydia stood up and walked to Tiny taking her hand in hers, "we are going to share you!" Those words went off like a bomb inside Derek's head. "What

The guarded nodded in understanding. "Also help us tell boss Woody. We here with his package." Mr Woody took a long hard look at the two. He signalled for them to advance towards him. Which they did. "Your masks! Drop them!" Mr Woody ordered. Aesir and Gina looked at one another and nodded. Turning back to Mr Woody, they both replied together, "NO!""Hmm?!" Mr Woody looked at them, is smile changing into a frown. "I am going to take it that I was not clear earlier on. So let's try it again. Drop them!"As he said this, the guards around had their eyes on the pair. Some already even taking Several steps to surround them.Hammer on the other hand had started to become nervous and even though the environment was cool, he had started to visible sweat on his forehead.Aesir immediately bowed to Mr Woody. "I appologise sir, but the thing is that, I and my sister have a blood oath tied to the grave of our mother. The thirty prisoners advanced steadily with weapons in hand. Some had swords, knives, spears, and surprisingly, there was even a chain saw in the mix.Mr Woody watched them as his smile became wider. This so called test for promotion was strictly because of his face. He had to save his face while still upholding his ideals as one with respect for his parents. If not, he wouldn't have cared about new recruits that his underlying, sabertooth had brought in. Also, he could feel a kind of strong determination to push forward coming from Aesir and Gina. As his expectations build for the fight, his long, thin, snake-like tongue could not help but lick his lips.Meanwhile, Hammer on the other hand, entered a state of pure panic. But that did not mean he was weak, he was just too nervous to think or fight.Aesir had heard Mr Woody when he addressed the prisoners. He knew theses were members of the Grootslang cult. From what he could see, this cult also had a hold in Atlantis, but the dominant

Ramond stormed into the training Arena kicking the doors as he entered with his brows arched and lips pouted. It was clear he was obviously angry about something. His entrance stopped the congratulating applause of the audience and Mr Woody turned sharply to the sound of the doors opening with a bang. Ramond walked up to Mr Woody, "We had a deal, or have you forgotten?" Ramond questioned Mr Woody to his face. "What is the meaning of that stunt you pulled today? Have you and the Ebora decieded to sabotage our agreement?" he kept on blasting Mr Woody with questions. Aesir did not understand what was going on, but he could clearly see that who so ever this man that had just walked into the room was, he was powerful enough to talk to Mr Woody as equals. No! that was not right, from his intonation, it nearly looked like the man was either superior or in the least a partner of significant importance. And this was futher proven by how Mr Woody treated him. "Ramond, my good friend, why don

Mr Woody had given specific instructions about his new guards before he left. Their ruthlessness had truly impressed him and could vividly see that thirty was still too small a number at a time for these two. He could never had imagined that someone like Sabertooth could have found such gems. Even as he left with Ramond out of the room, he could already imagine the many incredible things he could do with the two of them. One look and he could even tell that his own personal guards would not fare well against the two.And so regardless of the way Ramond had stormed inside, he really did not think too much about. After all, he had just found two future guards, he was in a good mood.Aesir and Gina were naturally assigned immediately to his personal guards. Also, he scheduled a little demonstration he wanted them to perform at the party he was organizing for is guest at night.Taking a subordinate of his subordinate was perfectly normal. Besides, sabertooth even though he was known to be

And mounting it's back, she delivered a crushing blow to its neck.*Caw!* It screamed again. However, she did not stop for a bit and after the fourth blow, the eagle passed out. Derek and Aesir stared at her in surprise as she slowly stood from the eagle's back. She made fierce eye contact with Derek and then looked away. Aesir turned to Derek with a brow up, and Derek raised his hands in surrender, "what I'm innocent. I swear!" "Of course you are." Aesir smiled and walked away.Manila began work immediately. The plan was to use the bird as a distraction for the scorpions so that they could pass. The best way to do this would be for them to make sure that the beast could no longer pick up flight.Manila was unsurprisingly skilled at this. She cut out the feathers of the beast.Aesir and Derek also joined her and helped. Soon eno

But you are too concerned with the rabbits in the wild to realize that you should first deal with the one on your plate." Priestess Ada adviced. She smiled and walked away, "Don't forget, listen as a passerby and it will flow naturally." Madeline watched the back of the old lady leaving as the words she had just spoken played again and again in her head. She sat crossed leg once more as she continually told herself to let go. Rather she let it flow naturally. At first she couldn't help but be swept up in the thoughts and the different scenarios they played. Some even ended in tragedy. And this made her ache in worry. This was a disadvantage of over active thinks. A disadvantage t

Derek could not help but look at them and observe them. These were not like the scorpions he knew from earth. For one, they produced webbings from their tail end. Also, there seemed to be very organized and particularly busy. Some of them were bigger, but those big ones were few. And from the looks of it, they monitored the activities of the smaller ones. These creatures were hard at work building it seemed."Scorpion colony! We will have to navigate round them." Manila spoke."Navigate?" Aesir asked, "how far are we talking of?"She pointed to the hill far in the distance. "That far? But that will take at least an extra day off our schedule." Derek added."Yeah! It will. But it will be far better than to have those things have our scent. Cause ones they do, they will follow us for a very long time." Manila advised."Hmmm. Is there no way to distract them?" Derek asked."Well, there are a couple of ways that could work. However, we don't even have the necessary materials to make tha

Madeline nodded her head in understanding to Chief Sasha's words."So what does this have to do with aura?" Madeline asked."Well! Every thing." She picked up another stone from the ground, "according to your definition of aura, then aura is this object in your hands. And has stated earlier, it weighs you down over time." Chief Sasha turned and threw the stone into the water, then she turned once more and slowly released her aura, "However, if you understand that all it is, is an extension of your body, then behold the weight is gone. After all, your hands have always been attached to the rest of your body and you don't hear them complaining."Those words suddenly stroke difference to Madeline. Yet, we have survived for so long with terrible neighbors such as the Kaka tribe. Although we rarely bring out our full force, we are definitely not weak." Meanwhile, back at the mountain that belonged to the Waka tribe, Derek sat crossed legged in a cave assigned to him. This cave was by far a better one than the one he had and his friends had been sharing on first arrival. Also it was decorated appropriately and it even had a bed in the middle made of several animal fur. Derek had already given out instruction that he would loved to be left alone for a while, if not the entrance to this place would have been crowded by people. With rumours of the tribe having a writer as a guest, every body wanted to meet him. Also, tales of his marvelous feat from the battle earlier in the day had reached their ears.He was as good as a god to them at this point. At the entrance of the cave already lay all sorts of gifts for him. However, Derek was not all that interested in playing messiah at the moment. He just had too much on his mind. Too much problems that needed his attention. One of which was the pressing matter that both his women were mis
