In a realm where the universe is composed of interconnected realms inhabited by various races, the demon lord led a lonely existence despite his unparalleled strength. However, his life took an unexpected turn when he saved Lucian, a human kidnapped by demons during an invasion on Earth. Lucian became the demon lord's storyteller, sharing tales of ordinary human life—of love, companionship, and warmth, things the demon lord had never known. As the demon lord grew enamored with the simple yet profound joys of human existence, he longed for a life as an ordinary human. Even the allure of an awakener's life, filled with luxury and prestige, paled in comparison to the beauty the demon lord sees in the life of an ordinary human. Amidst these desires, a formidable challenge arose. More than a thousand demons, fueled by envy and fatigue of the demon lord's rule, gathered to overthrow him. Realizing his end was near, the demon lord granted Lucian a single wish—to return him to the human realm. Lucian's wish was granted, but at a great cost; the demon lord sacrificed his life to save Lucian and destroyed the portal, preventing further demon invasions for a century. In this realm, a brilliant yet eccentric scientist sought to create beings capable of controlling all elements, a feat no one had achieved. He kidnapped orphans and conducted experiments funded by Mr. Tilo, a wealthy but scorned figure in society. Success came when one the orphans gave birth to a child that was an awakener. The baby was killed by Mr. Tilo, but fortunately the soul of the demon Lord entered the baby and thus the start of his ordinary live. The demon lord would have to fight greater enemies to protect his ordinary life and the people he love.
