For a second, Einer and Chelsea did not know what to do when Amora Hills came up and said something that confused them.

Chelsea tried to deal with it by asking, "What do you mean?"

"Didn't you go to one of the top university in the next town? You're even an icon who made your school popular, but I heard that you came to this school since a week ago. That's a big step that requires a big reason."

Einer saw Chelsea briefly stare at him before standing up and facing Amora.

"I transferred to this school because I live in Sancer, so I thought it would be better if I went to school in the same city because it would make my mobility more effective."

"Really...?" Amora sounded and looked incredulous, until she pressed Chelsea with the question, "Isn't it because Einer is here?"

Chelsea was taken aback, having no preparation to react. She looked clumsy and confused, making it even more impossible to make excuses.

"Why would you think like that?" asked Chelsea, her brows furrowed.
