Victor is silent for a long time, his lips pressed tightly together as if something is holding them together. There was, and it was the words Violet had just said to him.

The girl with the golden blonde mane was still staring intently at Victor, and Victor was doing the same. The two of them may not even realize that many seconds have passed just to make eye contact that has no idea what it means.
