Chapter 311: The Retaliation.

Justin had just left the office of his ex-mother-in-law when the weight of the conversation he had had with her begin to settle in properly. He had won or so he thought. At least he got her to talk and admit to her crimes without doing much. Well, he had done much because he would not have been able to confront her like that if he had not pulled some strings behind the scenes to weaken her defenses. But he knew that was not the end. His ex-mother-in-law does not look like someone who would easily accept to go down willingly. Even after the confession, she would still try to do something to defend herself.

As he left the building in his car, his mind was already thinking about the next phase of his plan. His ex-mother-in-law was now a cornered animal and cornered animals were the most dangerous. Her confession had been a victory but it was just one part of the whole puzzle. He had to make sure that she does not try to retaliate or somehow try to escape the consequences of her actions.
