Very early the next morning, Erix began to flicker his eyes open.

'I'm alive, how?' He muttered with half-closed eyes.

He felt his heart cease beating after something heavy and rocky hit him in the back, so how come he was alive?

'I should be dead.'

For a second there, he was unable to see anything when he first opened his eyes.

The room was pitch black.

But after his eye muscles relaxed, his night perception activated.

He was surprised when he realized where he was. He was back in the dorm room.

"Wait, what?!" He almost screamed and ran out of his bed. He clearly felt his heart crushed when that object hit his back.

"What later happened in the forest last night?" He was becoming frustrated at the thought of what might have happened.

'Wait, did they follow me?' His best guess was that his roommates followed him but that was just impossible.

He made sure no one followed him.

'But the big guy followed you.' His mind kept reminding him each time he thought of how impossible it
