Xin and Roselle had started their tour from their dorm building and next they went to a battle arena, where they had testing equipment, that determines the amount of strength, agility, speed, and durability one have. Also, there are several square fighting platforms that could be used in fighting during competition or wrestling. As they moved from building to building, the Hornotriks would always notify them of the name of every building they come across.

They also went to their homeroom classes, battle classes, sports rooms, and all sorts of facilities. The Hornotriks also did its best to provide a tiny bit of explanation about each area of the school where they visited.

Afterwards, they got to the library building and the Hornotriks like always provided them the details.

< The library is split into four floors. First-year students are only able to access the first floor; while, the second-year students can access the second floor; and the third year students are the owner of the third floor; while finally, the last floor is only for the Military officials."

Actually, Xin was interested in the library because it contained books that weren't available to the public. In this place, Xin might be able to find some information about the type of ability book that his parents left him. Or perhaps what caused their death. But he was hoping that it would be on the first floor. He knew his parents were once the world leader, information about them might be stored on the fourth floor of the library far away from the students' reach.

"What is it?" Roselle asked as he noticed that Xin was looking at the fourth floor of the library. "Did you see something??"

"No it's nothing. I just think of what it takes to get to the position of a military official."

"Yeah, my parents told me that they faced a lot of challenges to get to the position of an head General but they still have plans to become world leaders." Roselle said.

The hierarchy of position in the military starts from the students to the soldiers to the military teachers to the generals to the head generals to the commanders and lastly to the world leaders. Each stages requires certain years and experience before someone could move to the next stage.

"That makes me wonder. What is the rank of your parents?" Roselle asked.

"Something high above an head generals' rank." Xin answered.

"Are you for real? Your parent are at the commanders rank? I feel so jealous." Roselle said smiling. "You must have missed them a lot."

"Yeah. And I'm gonna miss them forever."

"What do you mean forever... ohh! they.. are.. Dead?" Roselle said silently.

Xin just walked forward a little bit and Roselle knew that was a yes. Xin's parents were dead.

"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to ask you such an absurd question."

"It's okay. You didn't know anyway." Xin replied.

"It's getting late. Let's go back in." Roselle suggested.

Eventually, the tour came to an end and both students went back to their dorm rooms. The chatty Roselle had become a silent puppy after hearing what happened to Xin's parents. They got inside their rooms at exactly 7: 30pm and could see that the third roommate was already indoor, eating bars of chocolate.

They greeted each other casually and after eating a few snacks, they all went to sleep.

They will be taking an ability power level test tomorrow, so everyone quickly went to sleep.

When abilities were first introduced to humans in the present time, people quickly learned that some were far more powerful than others. With this came the introduction of the power level system. There was a total of 10 different power levels. 1 being the weakest and 10 being the strongest. These levels are divided into; 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10.

There were also things called ability books, they are books that humans reads to upgrade their levels of ability.

These ability books went on for sale to the public and the military officials kept some of the stronger ones to themselves. To be concise, ability books from level 1 to 5 were sold to the public. While level 6 to 10, the higher ability books were kept by large companies and the military.

There are also rumours of those who said their power levels surpassed the level ten. If it was true or not, not everyone know about it and there was no way to proof that power levels surpasses the number ten. That is because the power testing device only records ability to the level of ten and no more. So if someone is at level twenty and took the test, the test will display 10 to everyone.

Early in the morning, everyone was woken up by the Hornotriks' ear piercing Alarm sound. They all got ready and after eating breakfast in the school canteen, they were told to come into the battle arena for their power level test. As the students got to the front of the battle arena building, they saw an old man standing at the entrance with a tablet in his hands.

Once everyone was around, he started speaking.

"Good Morning freshers. My name is Dre, your Dorm room teacher. As you all know that you'll be taking your power level test to know the level your ability, I want you to listen attentively as I call your name." The man said as he took a look at the tablet that was in his hands. "I'll be calling your names in five and once you're called, politely stand in front of me."

As the names of the students were called, they hurriedly stood in front of the teacher, Dre.

After the five students appeared in front of Dre, the door of the arena was opened for them and they were taken inside to take the test. Then after a few minutes later, five students" names will be called and they also will be taken inside the battle arena.

Luckily, they was no sun. So the students weren't able to complain much even though they had nowhere to sit on.

It seems like someone or certain people are hindering the sun from shining so that the students could take their tests.

Roselle had scurried off from Xin's side to chat with some other girls. Xin told Roselle that she was his first friend and she had asked for Xin's permission to meet with the other girls. Well, Xin had made some amendments to the system so he wasn't so handsome as he was yesterday. That's why the girls hadn't jumped on him.

While Xin was all alone, some group of boys had come and ganged up against him. They were in a total of four.

"You! That handsome guy who every girl was mad about. What makes you so special to be able to win the heart of the head General"s daughter. Huh?" One of the boys shouted and the other students had noticed the commotion that was going on.

Xin was silent, wondering why four boys will be fighting him because of a girl. The girl was none other than Roselle and that's when Xin knew that Roselle truly wasn't lying when she said she had a lot of suitors but had chosen him.

"Are you guys planning to fight me because of a girl." Xin said as he stood up from the ground he was sitting. "You really are senseless for putting up an act when you know nothing will work out. Roselle won't choose you even if you fight me."

"You son of bitch, who do you think you're talking to!" The oldest of the boys having a dark skin and brown, rough hair said as he punched Xin in the mouth.

'Gosh, are we doing this here too?"
