I Can Enter Any Body For Twenty Days

A different level...

I felt guilty, about how I hated Bob for no reason and destroyed his life by complaining about him.

My head was hanging down in guilt, and a bold voice called me out of my darkness,

"what did you learn this time my child?"

I opened my eyes and found myself in that bright land again,

"I messed it up again,"

I said in grief,

He laughed loudly, making me disgust myself.

"I am a sinner, I admit, please stop this, I don't want this anymore" I shouted, pleading to him.

A voice announcement from my system, a lady's voice disturbed me,

"Player leveled up"

"What...? are you playing with me?" I inquired,

He laughed again and I was annoyed,

"You leveled up, kid?"

I was confused, what system was it that even failure can level you up, then I took my chance,

"so what power do I get this time?"

"hmm... it was not your failure, but you learned to regret it, didn't you?"

though I don't want to admit it, I know he was right, I do regret my resentment against them,

I kept my head down with my lips curled downward,

"you can opt for your next life try, it can be someone you know or you can randomly choose one"

I was completely activated now,

"hmm...!!" I exclaimed all of a sudden,

"of course, you heard it right, "

he said, I was excited now and forgot all about the miserable mysteries I just had,

"so how could I do that? will you show me or I can fly to them"

he chuckled,

I looked down and was surprised to see, a nice mirror appearing in front of me,

"Oh, wow...!!". that was amazing, finally, I felt something good is going to happen,

I was able to see so many people in that mirror,

" that's amazing, it's like satellite images, " I jerked up with a thrill,

"you can touch any of them, but remember that you will have to co-exist with them"

That sounds good, I am experienced in that now,

I saw a boy who was surrounded by many people and was being hit by them, they were around high school age, when I was in high school, I was so weak, and often used to get bullied,

I wished that I could have some power to fight against them, that wish of mine curiously itched my hand to enter that boy's body, at least just for days, I can be a hero.

Those bullies hit him and turn around to walk away, the boy closed his eyes in pain, ahh... and I entered his body.

"Hey kids, leaving already...?" I said in a sarcastic tone,

they turned to me,

"what the hell, you wanna die today"

they came near and started hitting me, but instead, I hit them back,

"aahh... that's satisfying" I was happy helping him even though I don't know his name.

"Where did that strength come from? are you a ghost? you are not sam, he would never date to do that" they started reasoning, and I hit them all in one go... of course, I am not some hero, but for a twenty years old guy, these sixteen years are just kids, easy to handle, they were scared how I,... I mean how he behaved.

But where to go now? I don't know anything about him, I need to ask the system.

"so system who is this boy and where does he live?" I was expecting an answer, but instead, I heard a voice from inside the body,

"thank you, whoever you are. I am Sam, but I feel suffocated inside, "

I pressed the bell and a middle-aged man opened the door, maybe his Dad, frowning to his face, frustrated,

"Sam, when will you come home without injuries?" he grabbed my hand and took me inside,

"ahh can't you just fight back or at least runaway,"

he took out a first aid box, and started applying medicine to my forehead,

"ahh, that hurts," I said,

"of course, it will hurt?" he annoyingly yelled at me, the doorbell rang, and he went to open the door, I sat laying my head on the sofa crust.

The sound of so many people yelling disturbed my peace, I went out curiously to see, if those boys whom I just hit came to complain with their parents,

"Oh shit," I thought, did I create trouble again,

Sam's father tilted his head to look at me,

"Sam did you hit them?" he asked in surprise,

"but... I... sorry... Dad..." I didn't know what to say, and this guy inside me might have slept somewhere instead of helping me out, I thought he is going to scold me or hit me.

But to my surprise, his dad was so happy

"Yes..." he almost jumped in excitement,

"Now, that's my boy"

" Is that how you teach your boy?" those parents started yelling at him,

he took off the blanket he had been wearing,

I was shocked to see his body, a completely masculine figure, I am sure he was an athlete,

they all keep their mouths open with their jaw-dropping,

" almost every day my boy came home with an injury, but I let it slide because I thought it was his fault that he got bullied, but one day he got them and you guys are here for a fight,"

"no... uncle... sorry, but... we didn't mean that... "

"James, are you threatening us?"

they started reasoning,

"Do I look like just threatening you?"

They stepped back,

Sam's father smirked,

When they left, his father turned to me and hugged me tightly, I almost choked within his body,

"dad you are choking me...!!" I yelled,

well, I can see that but why was he that happy, that even when those people came for questioning, he was giggling? He grabbed my hand and took me in,

"This is the time, I have been waiting for, come with me I have something to show you,"

he took me along to one of the rooms that room, it was dark inside,

and my gutt was churning with curiosity, what place is this? and what he wants to show?....

"you stay here I'll be right back with the lights" his dad left the room and I was curiously trying to see if I could find anything...
