I Got points for informing people?

Beep! Beep!

EMERGENCY ALERT

A NEW TYPE OF VIRUS IS SPREADING FAST AROUND THE HOST. IT IS ADVISED THAT THE HOST VACATE EVERY PUBLIC AREA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE; CONTINUOUS STAYING IN PUBLIC AREAS MAY CAUSE THE HOST TO BE INFECTED.

He got a red notification from the system, which is a severe warning. He'd usually get a blue or purple alert, not red. The sudden information about the virus spreading around him changed his mood, which was noticeable to his co-workers.

"Are you okay? is everything fine at home?" Dave asked

He contemplated whether to tell him the reason behind his mood change or look for another reason

'Should I wait for the government to announce or tell them?'

"THE SYSTEM HAS NOTICED THE HOST IS IN A STATE OF INNER TURMOIL AND ADVISES THE HOST TO TELL HIS CO-WORKERS ABOUT THE VIRUS AND WHETHER IT IS UP TO THEM TO BELIEVE OR NOT

"Thank you "

The preparation for dinner was going on, so the restaurant hadn't opened to customers yet.

" Hmm... I need to tell you all something important can you all please come out" he announced loudly to get everyone's attention.

" You look grim. Are you okay?"

"Yeah.... no, I'm not; my uncle, who's in the military, sent me a video and some inside information; there has been a virus that outbreaks that's Turning people into Zombies, and this is spreading faster than the last one so there will be a state of emergency soon. Here I can prove it to you."

He played the video his uncle sent, and it played for about seven minutes, showing soldiers shooting at the zombies and how they were rushing to evacuate the citizens away from the vicinity.

" Fuck!"

"This is some movie shooting, right? It's not absolute.

" Zombie virus outbreak .... you've got to be kidding me."

" Yeah, I also felt the same way you did when I first heard about it, and I honestly wanted to believe it was a prank, but this is real, so real that we might see some as we go home; you all might think I've gone nuts, or something but this is true" Eagan explained.

" I know it is true. I also got a similar message from my brother in the military; he warned me to get food and stay away from school or lock myself in without allowing anyone in, " Nora, one of the waitresses, explained.

" Jeez. I honestly don't want to turn into a zombie!"

" First, you'll all have to stack up on food and medical supplies, and secondly, if you can't defend yourself against the stay in the door and never open to people! Until the Military sends out rescue teams, I don't think we will have them in our city yet, so we all still have enough time to get those supplies, " Eagan explained.

" Alright, we won't open for the day. You all should prepare yourselves for the outbreak... hopefully every one of you will be alright, and please stay safe!" Bar said to them

"I came with my car today. I can drive us all to the shopping mall," Dave volunteered as they closed the restaurant.

" Eagan, thank you for the information, so please stay safe out there; you can stay with me if you don't have anywhere to Stay same goes for all of you, " Bar suggested

" There won't be a need for me to stay with my grandmother; thanks for the invite."

" As long as the internet is up, we should all keep in touch," Nora said, and they all parted ways; Eagan went home while the others went with Dave to the shopping mall.

'YOU GET 100 POINTS FOR INFORMING PEOPLE ABOUT THE DOOMSDAY '

"I get points for informing people?"

" You also get points for saving a life. Also, my purpose is to help save humanity from being wiped out."

Although he isn't sure what the system is, from what he can see, he knows that the system is on the human side.

Before going home, Eagan decided it was time to inform his best friend about the virus and apocalypse.

Upon getting to silver's house, he met him rushing out of his house

" Where are you rushing to?" Eagan asked

" Oh, you are here? Get in. I was going to yours."

" Since you came to mine, do I still need to get in the car? "

" It's urgent, so please get in. I'll explain things to you as we go. By the way, why are you here? Shouldn't you be at work this time, or did you quit? well, it's a good thing if you did," Silver rambled as he started the car

" I have something to tell you," Eagan said calmly

" So do I .... mine is bad news, so you might want to go first."

" Mine is the worst news. Do you want to hear it?"

" Spill it "

" There is another virus outbreak, and it's worse."

" I was about to tell you that ... I'm going out to buy things to use while we are on a lockdown... I'm Scared E ... the world is just recovering from a pandemic, and then this ... do you think it's a way for nature to tell us we've overstayed our welcome on earth?" Silver asked with a worried voice as he drove through the unsuspecting street, Eagan who didn't know what to say to his friend's confession of fear and kept quiet

"..."

" Do you think it's time to keep quiet, you asshole? I just told you I'm scared shitless shouldn't you try to comfort Me or something?"

" Nothing I say can change the situation we are in right now; I'm also scared of the unknown. We'll have to focus on living each day, hoping it goes away like the last one without much damage."

"I hate that you always have a point... How is it? Where will you and your grandmother stay? You can stay at ours."

" The basement, it's enough for Me, Nina, and grandma."

" Yes, I just got an idea. I never thought of using the basement like that."

"I'm not surprised; you never think."

" Hey, it won't kill you to be nice to your best friend for once, or do you have any other best friend?!"
