Chapter 84: Death Knights

The night was ominous, and the air was thick with the stench of death. A young girl and her father ran for their lives, pursued by a horde of undead creatures who were hot on their heels.

"Capture her," one of the creatures bellowed, "we shall sacrifice her to our demon lord, Lord Elvis!"

The father gritted his teeth and muttered curses under his breath, his heart pounding with terror as he held his daughter close. "This way, Mia!" he said, his voice hoarse with fear.

The father and daughter stumbled and fell, their feet tangled in the brush.

They scrambled to their feet, but one of the creatures rode up before them riding skeletal horses with glowing red eyes and manes made of ethereal smoke.

The knights were adorned in heavy armor or tattered robes, and their skeletal forms were partially visible through their armor.

The creatures had no flesh, but they radiated a ghastly glow, their eyes in their helmets flickering with an unholy light.

Blocking their escape, the creature said,
