William Smith rested at the hotel after returning from his meeting with President Rambe. He re-reads the file he received from Mr. Perry. He studied the structure of the mining activities and the profits generated. As long as William Smith read the file in his hand, there was no problem, but he was confused as to why President Rambe rejected his cooperation.

"Wouldn't it be very beneficial to the country if this cooperation is successful? Why did the President reject it?" muttered William Smith.
