This was one of the ten strongholds that had already been set up within the city.

Soldiers in full combat gear patrolled the area, armed with automatic weapons and grenades.

The tents were filled with supplies and weapons, ready for the people. But at that moment, the decision-makers were more concerned with laying out plans on how they would move the people into the strongholds.

"I suggest we use off-road vehicles," a man said.

The five subordinates were seated around a table while the commander stood at the end. He had asked for their suggestions as he was sure a few had one or two things to say.

"I stand against that," the man opposite the first speaker said. "We have aircraft. I think that's a better option."

The first man shook his head. "We don't have enough resources. If we use all available aircraft, where are we going to get fuel to power the multiple to and fro journeys?
