47 Visitor In The Night

Leo walked into his hotel room tired as ever and flopped onto his sofa like a log of wood. He was now occupying two major positions of power; vice president of the Jones Corporation and CEO of LD Allied.

He had to make decisions for both companies and it was wearing him down. He forced himself off the sofa and managed to remove his tie and suit jacket before collapsing into the king sized bed. He thought over the events of the day and went through all the happenings categorically in his head but his weary body soon convinced him into deep sleep and he slept comfortably through the night until a slight knock on his door woke him up.

He jumped off the bed as his paranoia levels have been insane since Arthur sent those assassins after him. He pulled out a small knife from out of a book on his bedside table and creeped towards the door.

He got to the door and hid behind it for a while until he heard the soft knock again then he quickly opened it and rushed out with his knife poised to st
