"Let all be ware. A new dawn is coming. A beast shall walk the grounds of this town and when the sun shines anew, it shall burn away all that is old and the beast shall build itself a fortress from the bones of its enemies and all that defies it"

The whole room went silent as they all recognized the words. Every member of the the Divine Clan knew those words and were all taught to know the implications.

"Yes, your parents and clan members were not killed for no reason. The false god is coming and they refused to be a part of his evil plans and that's why Terry Dubois killed them" Leo said to the shocked group.

"What about you? Did he spare you because you were his son?" Ross asked him in a suspicious tone that almost made Leo laugh.

"Spare me because I was his son? You didn't hear what I said earlier? I met him in the Red Fruit Mangrove and he tried to kill me" Leo replied to the absurd suggestion.

"I heard that but I want to know why you survived that night and not all the others"
