What Danny merely generated were stares of contempt from the three strangers.

“Yo man, the food was yours. Don’t tell me you haven’t eaten lots of these candy bars.” The second guy groaned before returning to his eating business.

“We were just messing with you anyways.” the husky-looking guy said, now looking less scary to Danny.

The second guy who was slimmer said amidst mouthfuls. “Is she your sister? Something wrong with her?”

Before Danny could reply, “Don’t tell me you brought a kid to a club.”

“No, no, no.” Danny rushed to defend himself. “She is not my sister. I found her.”

When he saw the suspicious dimming of the trio’s eyes, he commenced his ranting.

“I mean, I don’t know why her dad brought her here but I saved her while they were being ambushed by zombies.” He further explained.

“Look,” the third guy called. “It’s Superman!” He chortled.

Now, Danny was confused.
