"Thank you, Mr. Smith," the judge interjected, his voice was firm yet impartial. "And now, Miss Blackwood, it is time for your closing argument. Please proceed."

Miss Blackwood rose once again, her posture poised and confident. She glanced briefly at Romeo, offering him a reassuring nod before turning her attention back to the jury.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury," she began, her voice was steady, "you have seen and heard the evidence presented in this case. You have seen the circumstances that led to the tragic events of that day. Now, it is time to consider what truly matters—justice."

She walked to the center of the courtroom, her gaze sweeping over the jurors. "The prosecution would have you believe that Mr. Stewart is a criminal, but nothing could be further from the truth. He is a man who found himself in a life-threatening situation and acted to protect himself. Isn't that what any of us would do in such circumstances?"
