CHAPTER 372

Three days after the court ruling, Mrs. Davidson organized a big family party at the Davidson mansion to celebrate her daughter Linda's victory.

The mansion was full of excitement and laughter. Family members, friends, and well-wishers filled the large, brightly lit rooms, chatting and drinking.

The air smelled of rich food, and the tables were set with fine plates and glasses.

People were congratulating Linda, hugging her and shaking her hand, but Linda didn’t seem happy. She stayed in one corner, watching everyone.
