Chapter 6

Earth, where Samuel was, consisted of two hundred and three countries. Of these, only three are known for their strength. Perhaps the biggest and strongest would be more appropriate.

First, the land of Alba. Just like the meaning of its name, the rising sun. The land is always visible at sunrise, and its inhabitants can only enter or leave at that time.

It can't be otherwise, because there is a strong ancestral magic planted in the land. No one has ever been able to break the magic.

Samuel was in the land of Alba. The land of his father's birth.

There are four towns: Neoma, Mona, Lunate and Amaris. The capital and the place where the academy was founded was in the city of Mona. The centre of power of the country.

Second, the land of Auranos, located above the sky. It stands on a very high air threshold. For people who do not have wind magic, they will not be able to reach the land.

Not to mention, it will be very impossible to set foot on the land of Auranos.

It had fewer cities than the land of Alba, there were three: Cumulus, Cirrus and Stratus. Of the three, Stratus became the capital and earned the nickname Invisible.

Only a few people can enter the city. The chosen ones are not based on magic, but on luck. Those who have special things without realising it have entered the city.

Finally, the land of Pedon. Unlike Auranos, this land lies in the depths of the earth. The location and how to get there is still a mystery.

Only important people know about it.

According to the information, there are three cities: Gaia, Earth and Regosol. Regosol is the capital and a barren place, but it contains fertility for rare plants.

Perhaps it was because of the rare plants that Pedon's land became the third largest in the world.

"Wait, I'll take the offer! Don't just leave!" Clara shouted, stopping Samuel in his tracks.

Is it that easy?

"Are you sure?" asked Samuel, tilting his face slightly and looking at Clara with a faint grin.

"As long as I can beat that girl up, I'll do anything, including kiss your shoes. I really can't stand sneaky schoolgirls like her," Clara said emotionally.

The reason Samuel approached this child was because in the past Clara had been the bravest among the others. She hit Millena over a trivial matter, but it was fatal for her. She was expelled from school and her family was destroyed.

But the interesting thing was that Clara kept trying to kill Millena. She disguises herself at school to achieve her goal of revenge.

Brave and stupid too. Things Samuel liked about this girl.

"Then kiss my feet, how about that? Can you do that?" asked Samuel, raising an eyebrow with a slight smile.

"Are you serious? That was .... bad luck!"

In Samuel's eyes, Clara looked embarrassed, as if she was about to be humiliated. Indeed, kissing a stranger's shoes, especially on the floor below, is very embarrassing. Especially when people are walking by.

For Clara, who has an ego, it feels more than embarrassing.

"Just kidding, what if we made a magic contract? It's safer than plain paper, and anyone who breaks it can die. Wouldn't that be fun?"

Samuel spoke just as Clara ducked down and prepared to kiss his shoes. What an idiot.

"Crazy bastard," Clara swore, feeling played.

Samuel grinned. His ears heard the cursing and didn't feel annoyed. In fact, it was nice to make someone angry.

"I, Samuel, promise to give Clara the thing that makes her dare to bully Millena and Clara must not tell anyone about me. The moment she says a name or anything that refers to me, Clara will crumble like dust."

There was a magical paper with Samuel's words written on it. They made a magical pact.

"I, Clara, will not tell anyone about Samuel, and Samuel must not break the promise to give me anything that could make me tyrannise Millena. If I break any of the important organs, they will be destroyed."

The silent and rather dark place witnessed the magical agreement between Samuel and Clara. They meant what they said.

"Okay, done. Don't wait too long, I'll see you when the time is right. Bye," Samuel said, waving his hand as he walked away from Clara.

"Call me big sister! You're younger than me, you know!" Clara shouted, realizing that Samuel had never called her by her real name.

Now all Samuel needed was proof to make Millena helpless in front of Clara. Evidence that everyone would actually believe.

What evidence is that?

"Professor Geni, I'm not feeling well. Can you examine me?"

Well, Samuel was in the medical room. He pretended to be in pain to get closer to Geni.

Making your target a friend is a sweet way.

"What did you eat or do? Why don't you feel well? Next time have a better lifestyle, okay? The professor has checked, and there is no fatal disease. It must be fatigue.

The professor heard that you are rarely in the dormitory. Is there something wrong?" asked Geni after casting the body check magic.

"W-what... can I tell you about it? Actually, I don't want to go to the dormitory for fear of being bullied by the rich students. The professor knows I'm just a poor student who was lucky to get in here." Samuel bit his lip to hold back tears.

Geni's hand brushed over Samuel's back. She tried to calm the student.

"Have you tried talking to Professor Magnus? Maybe he'll help you deal with the bullying."

"Even without being told, Professor Magnus has caught me being bullied many times, but there has never been any meaningful action. Is it because I'm a child with nothing? I... didn't want to be born that way either... Professor ...." Samuel let out a cry as he looked down.

"Samuel, it's okay. Cry in the professor's arms, don't hesitate to say anything. Think of the professor as family," Geni said as she hugged Samuel.

Yes, Samuel would think of them as family. A family that deserved to be destroyed.

"Does the professor love me? I'm not like the other students, not rich and powerful. I won't be able to help or benefit the professor." Samuel was still crying in Geni's arms.

"Professor doesn't need that. You don't need a reason to love someone, you just know you have that feeling. So don't feel like you don't have anyone. Professor is here.

Whenever you call or come here, Professor will always be by your side.

Geni's position was facing the window, while Samuel was facing the door, which was slightly open. Actually, the door was closed earlier, it was open thanks to someone.

The man who was rumored to be having an affair with Professor Geni. Dorian.

He was just standing there when Samuel asked if Geni loved him.

"Thank you Professor, I love you too." Samuel looked at Dorian with a grin.

Samuel's bespectacled eyes were filled with a defiant aura. He had deliberately lured Dorian here and created an atmosphere of romance with Geni.

Everything was planned.
