On a battle planet.

Hold it right there.!

The voice came as resounding in Rogers ears as always when he was with his infantry. He struggled to stand and fall. He was in Resmore the battle grounds of the galaxy-wipers. This place was filled with war and chaos. It was never a land for peace as a matter of fact. Their was flying bullets and lens everywhere, he sure knew that one of the space troopers had found him alive. Who know where Lord Gemini is. Lord Gemini is commander of their infantry. He was one of the frontliners in the battle and when the fight excalated he somehow found they galaxy-wipers drag lord Gemini's body to one of their spacecraft. He was stunned that the reputable commander might be dead or who knows unconscious.

"Stand up you moron!" yelled the space trooper.

Rogers groaned with pain. He stood up and with all his weight dived on the space trooper, he didn't know what he was even thinking but somehow the trooper had already lost balance and his gun fallen from his hands. Rogers kicked him in the groins and then with a penknife stabbed him in the temples. The trooper was silent. Rogers thought for a moment maybe he was dead. He wanted to check for his breathing but common with space troopers they always had their helmet on. Rogers proceeded to dislodge the helmet, he was familiar with the technicalities. The battle was still ongoing, he was hearing gunfires afar off, he had checked his attacker pulse, the man was as good as dead. Rogers retrieve his penknife and put it back into his pockets. He was tired and weak to the bones, pains that ran through his stomach made him nauseated. He wanted to vomit. He stared at the sky that has turned red with haze and ash, he thought when all this wars would be over, it has been a decade and the galaxies had been at war. He was from Megma, but the people from Metoris and Xival had been their enemies. Aquaris was their ally, and Infact the aquarians have been their supporters from time immemorial. The bone of contention was Resmore, the planets all wanted Resmore for its minerals and diamonds. News had it that the main villain Lord.Firemetal and his counterpart Aruma each of them from Metoris and Xival had always wanted to dominate the planet Resmore, then comes the DROIDs from Entexx a place found in Aquaris, who always help them in fighting each battle they went. Their opponents have space droids too.

"There!".

Their was another yell. Feeling weak already, Rogers saw a rock and ran towards it to hide. If atleast those fellows could just go the other way than come here, he was so tired he was sure he can't even lift a gun now.

"Found anything trooper?" came another voice that sounds commanding.

"No sir. No one here"

With the reply. The troopers left. They had surveyed the perimeter and had seen no one amidst the smoke and haze.

Rogers came out from where he was hiding, he exhaled. There wasn't any sound of gunfire or shoutings it was obvious his infantry might have retreated. He knew he was in danger if he was left here all alone in this planet. He decided that if the battle ground was upfront East he was heading west. Maybe he could sight one his infantry's spacecraft. He searched in his pocket to check if he still has the tracker with him. He found the track and smiled to himself. Well all hope was not lost. With this finding the infantry's ship will be much more easier than he anticipated, likewise he can use the tracker to navigate for an empty ship, or even get alerted when enemies ship are close. The tracker has two lights at the numerator and denominator, the up was green while down is red, the upper one was for empty spacecraft, infantry's ship or signal that one was approaching land where people or aliens inhabit. While the lower one will reflect if their was an enemy craft incoming, or danger looming. Rogers started pacing gently and steadily, at least slowly wins the race no matter what. He just have to keep up the faith that he would somehow see the infantry craft not any enemies craft. He thought of John a fellow trooper like he was. He hope John was fine. He was not going back to the battlefield for any reason, his life was already in danger enough. He was no coward but a rationalist. He knew that his troopers would always take the wounded and sometimes if possible the dead with them, at least he saw them drag the general to their safety.

He was feeling thirsty. He hope he could somehow find water. He was walking steadily when the tracker started beeping. He stared at it " Red" it was an enemy sign. He has to hide and take undercover for definitely their was a craft in the sky. Where the hell was he going to hide. As this place was no grassland but desert, he has heard their was underground tunnels so all he has to do was stomp the ground very hard and see if he can feel it. He started marching the ground as hard as he could. He marched and marched then finally when he marched at something that vibrated. He quickly scopes the sands away with his bare hands. There it was the tunnel, he opened it and immediately entered through, then closed. Rogers knew he needs to stay hidden for a few minutes.

The xivallian spacecraft was up above, their was numbers 487 boldly written on it. it spin round and round, from the aerial view it was obvious they thought they saw a figure maybe an escaped enemy but they couldn't make out where he must have gone.Their was something in the grounds maybe a tunnel; Crusher 487!Back to base! Crusher 487 back to base!. The call was coming from headquarters. The spacecraft then made a final spiral and then accelerated into space.

Feeling that their silent the enemy must have gone, Rogers brought out the tracker and checked the red light has stopped blinking..IT'S SAFE. He crawled out gently from the tunnel and resumed his never ending journey to safety or atleast he might find a ship.
