"Master! You scared the life out of me. Your connection to me bounced all over the place, it is like the fluctuation of your magic goes off and on. I am scared, Master! What happened?"
"Accessing memory failed!"
We are currently rewatching a brooding pixie using telepathy, shaking my ear then rests on the palm of my hand crying. Sprigg sighed heavily while squatting on my head, confessed that the impression of the connection fading away is just like being yanked by an imperceptible pressure in and out of her body. The connection to me was erratic and it frightened her. So, she begged me for her to look into the memories where it is stored. Honestly, I don't even know if it's my memory or not. It feels like I am there but isn't.
"Dreams are the interpretation of desire or sorrow or even recollections on one's self from the past and all of them are related to one another, kept inside your psyche. Isolated. Implying that it should be stored within the hub of your memory, Master," she replied to what I am thinking and I forgot we are still connected as of the moment.
"If that vision or recollection is mine, then you are permitted to obtain it however you want but it's likely from somebody else. So, stop it, Sprigg!"
I revoked it for the meantime and said that we should not spend more time if we are not obtaining any information as to why it occurred and continue rummaging for the remainder of the houses the next day. However, this time is different, she wants me to use the magic I received for her to analyze it. She said that it's only 10% accessible and it is not the full potential because of World Restriction.
Somehow it forsakes our pact and leaves me feeling wicked. Our sporadic bond only made her feel unpleasant emotions and perhaps that is the explanation that I can also feel her developing such emotions too. Although we moved forward with searching for the first wall, Sprigg just can't let go of me since then and turned off her playful side. Hovering just one palm from my shoulder, she said she will not stay farther away than an arm's length. I guess that gave her quite a shock for not feeling my consciousness at that time.
It also made her magical teachings more difficult to understand. Now, aside from searching all the houses from the first wall using only magic, she encouraged me to continuously perceive my magic and don't stop unless I sense the magic that is too much to analyze. First, she made me feel the magic within me and when I got control of it she then made me feel the mana. It is the dispersed magic of nature where every magic wielder can draw power from.
She said I can also do the same but if I perform that without her, there's the possibility that I will deplete the magic reserve of the place where I'm getting it because I have the Origin Magic. I know how it sounds vague but I didn't ask her anymore and I continue what I am doing. However, It seems that I currently do not possess the ability to perceive mana around.
"The result may not be as good as picking sprouts from the field", mumbles the pixie on my head sitting while nodding.
Still, getting in control of the Origin Magic is exhausting. She said it's only normal to feel that way since I received the magic from the Queen of Fairies herself and that is not the ordinary way to get blessings from. Normally, a handful of the human race only receives magic power from sprites' blessings by a mutual agreement. Nevertheless the same method of establishing a pact from them, though.
Receiving power from the Origin is extremely dangerous because of the discrepancy of the human vessel potential and the power it gives rise to a human body. It is like a basket and a mountain of boulders forcefully stuffed too tight in it. A human does not have the ability to carry the mountain of power. She said one must be grateful to live to tell the tale. Frankly, though, that's worse than being dead. To feel your body breaks like a branch of a tree over and over again and the feeling like being flayed alive, you'd wish you're dead.
Origin Magic is also called primordial magic. It is tremendously potent magic from the ancient existence such as the Queen and King of this realm, including the Faes. It is a magic that only they can use to grow the World Tree to supply mana to all the realms that use it. This magic is practically lethal to lower species if it's used directly. She also explained that after I completed integrating with the Origin Magic and lost my consciousness due to the percent of the restriction that has been lifted, she had the chance to appraise the entire castle scriptures, she learned that mana is a weak and limited variation of the original magic that was broken down using an artefact from the Supreme God to avoid destroying the world or the World Tree.
These artefacts are given to the faes inside the castle from ancient times to stabilize the world. That's odd. What I heard from the King was different, he said to protect it. No matter, I believe that's just another weird dream of mine.
On our march outside this city, I am welcomed with huge rallying stone knights facing each other, putting forward one hand just above the head, holding an extravagantly carved bronze sword touching the sword of the other. These intense stone-carved knights were not here before, I wonder where it came from? I looked at Sprigg and I received no response from her.
"Perhaps your energy signature appears as her Majesty herself to them." Smirking while flying, I poked her and stared with sharp eyes.
"Oh! I sense no hostility to us as well, Master," she added while nodding like an idiot.
I guess revoking our bond temporarily just makes it a little too much for her. Anyway, I continued walking in between these stone knight golems, as Sprigg calls them until we reached the last two stone knight golems with intricate design bronze armour and sheathed silver rapiers stationed at their midsections with both arms crossed.
In spite of the fact that we didn't learn my friend Morning Dew's whereabouts, I see no clues as to where he had been or where we could find him in this realm. As I gazed my eyes outside, I saw the entire kingdom is surrounded by lush green vast trees stretching beyond my sight. I haven't noticed it before but this dwelling might be the only place where we can only find people, supposedly. Yet, this seems to be an incorrect assumption now.
Looking at the entirety of the forest that rests outside the city, I remembered the one thing that helped give me the pixie egg and move forward with hatching it to the castle - the floating box.
"Say, Sprigg. Do you know something about the huge flying black box inside the jungle with lines carved in it? That also gave me your egg and provided instructions on how to hatch you?" I asked her while walking down the cobblestone pavement but the moment I stepped outside the city, the glowing words appeared again.
"You are exiting the safe zone. Will you proceed? Yes/No?"
"Yes, master. That is the artefact from the Supreme God helping the system assisting the world." looking at the glowing box hovering in front of me, she swerved and added "It is safe to say that there are a lot of them hidden outside the human world, just like this pocket dimension adjacent to the human world, we call alternate realms. The Supreme God bestowed them as a gift to the Faes who stabilizes the world from their powerful magic."
"Do you think that if we acquire it we can escape from here and use it to help me go back to my normal life?" Holding on to my original plans I asked her with joyful eyes.
I pressed Yes to proceed while conversing with Sprigg. Well, this message only means to continue walking without the protection of King City's barrier. I haven't realized this barrier since I ran as quickly as possible once. At least that's what I felt with what Sprigg taught me with detection magic recently, she said to never remove the enchantments. The magic barrier extends to the edge of the forest where beasts reside, keeping them from attacking me before I passed over to this King's City.
I suddenly fell to my knees as if there's a large and heavy beast I am carrying the moment I stepped outside the city walls. Is this what she meant by carrying large boulders on my shoulder? I looked at Sprigg who kept flying within my reach.
"Uh... There is no such thing as normal? Especially now you acquired and integrated the origin magic similar to the Queen's into your own. Are you fine, Master?" she replied and approached me, helping me to get up.

†††"...aster! Master! Can you hear me? Master?" Her voice seems so far away, but I am only standing in front of the artefact which means she's only near, though, it suggests otherwise.

Despite the nobles' seeming unjustified trepidation of the upcoming clash between the King and the audacious young man who rattled the throne room, people gathered in the most expansive royal courtyard ever.Although Archmage Varthos and General Damascus arrived in front of the King at the same point in time, they took turns greeting him. The elderly Archmage swiftly declared his purpose as they bowed slightly to show respect before proceeding to the small tent."Your Majesty," he whispered discreetly. "The offenders are on their way." The elderly appear to be delighted with what must be done with these pathetic people."Hmm. You appear to be pleased." The King flashed a smile. "Excellent." Looking intently at the young man holding a wooden staff. Thinking about how he kept
'Master, please utilize the spells I prepared for you,' Sprigg said, the last time he spoke to him telepathically. In conclusion, she has already considered this and is bracing herself for a confrontation with His Majesty, the King of Ardun. While he is probably still trying to recover from the breathtaking landscape of such an enchanting corridor covered with enormous paintings of people, he has been placed in a situation where he no longer has to retreat for his current life. This is a truly horrible fate, he thought. Why does he constantly wind up in this type of peril, he wondered. He gets to view the magnificent settings brought about by the miracles of magic, but a ridiculous manner of setting it off is eschewed. “Please tread cautiously, Archmage,” Eschel cautioned, astounded. Even though he is still bowing in the rear, Le
“Be thankful that this cultured one will demonstrate his strength to your helpless mortal. Wouldn't you agree that this new generation can provide so much from the ground up?” Declared the expanding shadow hovering just above the King's head as he gazed down at the lovely lady in a brown cloak. “All right, let's get started.” It paused and continued, nastily grinning, "King, take them all and have fun." “Coven of miasma,” the King stated quietly. A massive flood of black, tainted fog then attempted to envelop the whole throne hall. As it waded through every nook and corner, it liberated itself. From the perspective of a master, this is a daring and intelligent action. However, it was halted by an unknown force at the huge wooden door where the lovely lady and the young man were. It ceased dispersing as if it had chosen at random not to follow its conjurer.
†††It took a moment for everyone to shift their gazes from the aristocracy that had gathered only a breath away from the King's pedestal. These nobility fidgeted once more after the man behind Lemure's back in a long brown robe handed the present as an offering to the Knight near the General. This demonstrates that they may have liked the way in which he is behaving.Gifts are important and relevant for aristocracy, but they are not something to be praised for. Fortunately, this particular King did not consider gifting nobles to be necessary. Their attention was drawn mostly to the young man dressed modestly and the lady who was clearly not his lady in waiting. The old man with the hideous scar
†††If it is correct and accurate, seeking the right answer to all of my questions is guiding me from one destination to another. And, for that matter, I need to reconsider how I can devote my life to anything appropriate for this personal quest. Having said that, I'd really like to get rid of my doubts and believe everything they said.“...You are greater than the battle raging in our mind. Please be our guide.”It was the last thing I heard from Professor Strauss before a man in a brown shabby robe approached us and stood next to the doorway, bowing. I'm not sure what Professor meant by being a guide, but I know it has something to do with their task, and I'm right in the middle of it.“Pl
††† ‘What might have happened in his life in the wilderness that made him very much like this?' wondered the professor. Alas, he remembered reading a rhetorical study determining the unpredictable difficulty of any magical caster that holds such an enormous amount of power can also be explained by their emotions fueling their earnest magic; just like how they should be treated with caution and why must never be trifled with. Emotions are dangerous indeed, he thought at that time. “Aumier..” That, however, is not what is happening. Lemure, who has been sitting inside the carriage, has been experiencing numerous strong feelings and is unsure how to begin a dialogu
††† The Professor shared several stories, one after the other, and they all finished the same way. It was quite meaningless without the young man on the tier of Archmage who piqued his curiosity. This is only because the young man doesn't even want to ask questions about the story, and it is very awkward for him to go along with it. However one thing is certain: every now and then, he casts a look at Eschel, the young wizard the Professor claims to be his nephew as he tells his lived experiences. Nevertheless, Lemure who took precautions seems to be no longer on guard. “That’s after the fall of the Kingdom of Arcania, right?” The young wizard spoke enthusiastically to corroborate the story he had been giving attention to from the Professor ever since. He absolutely adored the deliberate manner in which this story was told. For a man to overcome his flaws and live through the ashes beneath his feet.
††† The room was filled up with hardship. Yes, for the lack of words, it is how I can describe it. Hardship is the one thing a person can only describe in front of such a crisis. Doubtful looks and cautious answers. Those were the behaviour on display. To be detailed yet not intruding; in other words, to be cautious in everything you say. Even for a while, Eschel, the young wizard, went through to inquire, peeping at the right moment to proceed. “Wasn't it something like that from the beginning?” “It was indeed like that.” “I have read that from the archives before and I can’t imagine how it was too much for a Kingdom to lose their face rather than lose the subjects. How can that be possible? In a face of danger, one shoul

His name, however, was not just a coincidence. Sure, there may be someone who could perhaps come up with names close to what we can use, but it's also a shame to continue to deny."Yes, perhaps that's true, but the day you disappeared. A majority of residents were gathered to participate in the rescue mission to take the time to look for two silly young boys who had been missing in the wilderness, but the only thing they had retrieved was the blade. Shortly afterward, seeing as the former Lord of Wilderfort had wasted a lot of time and resources, he eventually concluded that you both are al
