Jim’s fist moved faster than the wind. Ace stepped out, and his nails grew in size. “Demon Claw Arts…” he crossed his arms in X-shape and waved them around in different directions, releasing sharp gusts of wind that gave deep cuts to the beasts around him.Some of those also reached the ghost fox that was on the rooftop, but the ghost fox easily fended off those attacks with its tail.Ace frowned. “Meteor Fist!”Barbosa punched from almost twenty feet high in the air. Jim immediately thrust his palm up in an attempt to block the attack.However, the punch did not come as he thought.Barbosa’s punch released a huge shockwave that covered a radius of almost fifty feet.BOOM~~!!A loud rumbling noise echoed as the shockwave hit the floor and formed a massive crater all around. “I will break all your teeth and tear that mouth wide open,” the energy around Barbosa’s fists took the shape of a lion’s face. He jumped forth and threw his fist.His attack pattern looked very similar to the last time, so Jim paid close attention this time and didn’t even respond to the punch until it came close.At the very last fraction of a second, Jim released vivre out through his body and blocked the punch. Barbosa crashed into a building and its wall broke. He fell on top of a table inside a room on the first floor.His broken chin hurt, but it repaired itself at a fast pace before he even got up to his feet.“Fuck. I got careless for a second,” Barbosa was getting up, but then he saw Jim already coming at him. “Krgh,” he rolled off the table in an attempt to dodge the attack.But Jim changed the direction of his hand at the last second.“Phantom Palm!”A palm-shaped energy struck Barbosa and crushed him along with the floor beneath him. Barbosa was sent to the ground floor, and he ate a lot of dust in the process. “Shit. Did I send him flying toward the tomb?” Barbosa quickly rushed over to the tomb as fast as he could. Along the way, he was forced to stop as his heart began to hurt. He coughed some more blood. (Is this because of that last attack I took from him? It’s more potent than I thought.) He bore the pain, wiped his mouth clean, and then got going. He soon reached the destination.Luckily, he could see that the tomb’s door was still closed.However, what he didn’t expect to see was that Jim was already up on his feet. He was bleeding from not just his eyes, nose, and mouth, but from almost every pore in his body, and yet, he was able to stand and glare at Barbosa.“I-Impossible,” Barbosa rubbed his eyes and looked again.
