In Colorful Life, the company where Rena was working, everybody began to clap after Rena’s presentation about the development of the project so far.

The client even got out of his seat and appreciated Rena’s efforts by shaking her hand. “You’ve exceeded my expectations, Ms. Rena.” He was an old man in his sixties. “Keep it up.”

“Thank you, Mr. Steve, but I’m Mrs. Rena,” she corrected him.

“Oh, my apologies.” Steve Millman maintained his composure, and then left with Austin Woakes, the owner of the company.

After work, Austin called Rena to his office and said, “Steve really liked your work and gave our company another project.”

“That’s wonderful,” Rena was elated by the news.

“Let me finish. He wants you to refashion the headquarters of their finance company,” Austin said. “The budget is limitless.”

Rena’s eyes widened. “Are you serious? Wait, how big is that building?”

“Just eighty eight floors built on a 12,000 acre land.”
