By the time Jim and others reached the fourth floor, it was about six o’clock in the evening.

The fourth floor was not a big place. It looked like they were all inside of a giant cave.

There were only rooms and huge corridors, and the ceiling was only forty feet high.

Almost every room in sight was locked.

“Is this really the fourth floor?” Doug wondered, clearly feeling anxious. “It feels more like the first floor, though there are multiple pathways to choose from. We didn’t come to the first floor, right?”

His words made others feel tense, too.

“This isn't the first floor,” Bald Brute said. “This is the fourth floor. I heard that from this floor onward, we don’t have to fight each other, and we should only focus on getting recruited.
