Chapter One Hundred and Forty One - Need a friend

The next day was a Saturday. Jason sat in his living room with a picture of his mother and his father in his hands.

“What’s wrong, mom? Why did you look so upset? ”Jason asked the photographer as he traced his mother’s features with his fingers.

Flashes of the memory of his grandfather came to his mind as if answering his question.

Was he really so awful? Jason thought to himself.

He felt like his mind was split into two parts: one part wanted to know exactly what happened with him, his mother, and the Greys when he was young, and the other part was scared of what he would find.

There was also the issue of not being able to trust anyone to tell him what really happened. Timothy didn’t seem to know the full story, and even if he did, his loyalty to Michael would hinder him from telling the whole truth.

Michael was out of the question. Jason was convinced that he would lie about things just to make Jason come into his life.
