Chapter 17: Authority to Threaten!

Joe Cole stood smiling as he watched the lady carry on with her display, he was already used to people treating him like that, so he waited for the security guys to come.

The lady came out from behind her desk to face him, making sure he didn't run away.

“Besides, how were you able to pass through the gate? There's no way the securities could have allowed someone like you into this compound.” She asked him, trying to ascertain how he got into the place in the first place.

The security guys came in, two of them, and on entry, the lady hit them straight with her question.

“How did you allow him in here? Seems you're playing with your jobs, huh?”

The guys looked at him and wondered how he escaped them, they had been diligent with their jobs and could never have allowed someone like him into the place.

“Young man, how did you get in here?” They asked him, coming up strong and aggressive on him. Their jobs were at stake if they couldn't figure out how he came in.
