Chapter 65: Useless Shenanigans!

The tension at the Monumental Restaurant was quickly becoming a joke, especially for Joe Cole who initially thought the rude waitress’ boyfriend worked for the Sullivans. She just revealed the name of her boyfriend, Mike Willis, and Joe Cole burst into laughter.

Mike Willis works for Joe as one of the members of his new team Rachael had put together, he was the business strategist for the team. And frankly, Joe Cole looked impressed by the restaurant and to know that Mike was the owner.

“Why are you sitting down? You think you know my boyfriend?” The waitress continued her inquiry to clear her confusion and as usual, sprinkled her words with a rude tone of voice.

Joe Cole smiled and looked at her, she was too ignorant and arrogant to have someone like Mike Willis as her boyfriend. “Call Mike.” Joe Cole instructed her, “And tell him to come down to the restaurant that there is an emergency.”
