So, This Is Mana 1

Drew was trying to create the spark again, but he failed miserably. He did not know why he failed to do something he had done with ease previously.

He tried the deep breath method, the mind soothing method and any other method he could think of but all those failed him miserably.

 Drew eventually got tired and fell asleep, he was just too exhausted. The mana gathering method was too exhausting for his infant body. Anna came to the room minutes later to check on Drew and what she saw frightened her.

“OOOHHHHHH, MY GAWD DREW HAS MANAGED TO CHANNEL MANA WITHIN HIS BODY AT SUCH A SMALL AGE. EVEN I THE HAILED PRODIGY OF THE GENERATION WAS ABLE TO CHANNEL AND GATHER MANA AT THE AGE OF 9 MONTHS. BUT MY SON HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO IT AT A FAR YOUNGER AGE.” Anna jumped up in glee and joy as she shouted with all her might.

(A.N Yeah, yeah, yeah I know the Gawd is spelled wrong I was trying to act cutesy.)

She was jumping up and down until she felt someone crouching behind her silently. She pretended not to see the person until that person grabbed her by the waist and tried to slam her on the ground.

Anna being as fast as ever managed to land on her hands and propelled her body upwards.

“Raven have you forgotten where you learned how to sneak attack on people.” Anna stared angrily at Raven, this time she was really mad because Raven tried to attack her when she was genuinely hopeful for a bright future.

But Raven had to destroy it all with her sick tendency, she was pissed, and the popping veins on her face showed that expression vividly.

“HAHAHHAHAHAH, Anna you never fail to disappoint me with your antics do you always forget I am you.” Raven pointed her head trying to prove her point.” I was never satisfied with the outcome of the battle yesterday and you know it, so I propose we go all out now.”

“I will also make a barrier around the house and Drew’s cradle to prevent any unforeseen events.”

“Okay and I must agree with you, this is the perfect moment to fight with me now because I am really pissed also how long has it been since I killed myself? won’t you agree with me Raven.”

“Anna if I may, can you kindly remind me the day, I nearly kill both of us. Yeah, I remember now it was last year.” Raven smile seductively and summoned her whips from her storage ring.

“You are so dead Raven; I will take pleasure skinning you to death and I am not joking about this.” Anna said while rotating the swords around her wrist.

“You are so on Anna.”

Raven swung the whip with all her might, the swung was filled with malice and an intention to kill. She was really trying to kill her original this time. The whip flew like a serpent in midair, it was breaking sound barriers as it flew to Anna with the intention of killing her.

But at the last moment Anna parried the strike and grabbed the whip with her hand and with her superhuman strength she tried to pull Raven to her, but Raven released the whip making Anna fall.

“Anna, I think fighting with our hands will produce the best outcome because we both want to bathe in the blood of each other won’t you agree.”

“Can’t say you wrong though, I really want to tear you to pieces now and feed on your flesh.”

“Anna if you have forgotten I feed on blood and flesh and not you.”

Anna got up and charged straight into Raven, but her momentum got to an abrupt stop when she felt a kick on her right shin. The kick was too fast for eyes and her momentum also made it a tricky situation for her.

As she tried to gain composure, she felt a jab on her nose and an uppercut on her chin followed by numerous punches on her stomach.

“BOOM, BOOM, BOOM.”

Every punch was followed by a sound which broke the sound barriers around, Raven was really trying to kill Anna and she could do little but be on the receiving end of the punches.

Anna cough out a bit of blood because Raven punches were meant to kill; she knew she had to regain composure now or she might true die to her clone.

Anna spat a bit of her blood on Raven’s face blinding her temporarily, with this loophole Anna grabbed her by the leg and slammed her on the ground. The slam was an impactful one because there was a loud BOOM.

As soon as Raven fell, Anna sat on her and began to bash her on the face. It was one heavy punch after the other, Anna used air pressure to make sure her punches were heavier than normal. She also wanted to kill Raven this time.

This was not like the playful encounters they had previously, this time they really wanted to kill each other.

“How many times do I have to tell you I am your creator, and you must goddamn respect me. How many fucking freaking times Raven, how many times????”

With every shout Anna punched Raven hard and mad, if not for the barrier they made, the house would have entirely been destroyed. At the last moment Raven managed to block Anna’s hand with both of her crossed hands.

With that sudden move she obtain the opportunity to hold Anna’s head. She smiled at Anna and spat into her eyes, she then slammed Anna’s face to the ground with all her might. She genuinely wanted to kill her.

She hated her to the core, and nothing would ever change it, she slammed her face again and again and again.

“ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.” With that shout she slammed Anna’s head one last time. She felt bliss this very instant, she knew she had won the fight but what is the reward of winning such a fight.

‘Is it the chance to finally kill Anna like I always wanted. Will I be happy though if I manage to kill her, will I, will I, will I, ??????’ Raven asked herself this question until she came upon an answer.

‘No, I will not kill her, if I do, I might really die, and Drew will turn into an orphan If such an incident happen. I am not that stupid, be gone inner demons.’ Raven calmly said to herself as she moved the collapsed body of Anna off her.

“ANNA, ANNA, ANNA, wake up.”

“YES, YES, YES, I am awake Raven.” Anna said with a start as she got up from her collapsed state.

“That fight was really awesome but stupid if you ask me Anna.”

“Yes, indeed and you did in fact win me far and square. Hope this does not happen again anytime soon because we are now mothers.” Anna said these words to Raven because she knew what her clone had just thought about.

“I agree with you on this one Anna.”

“Let’s go and wash our bodies am being grossed out by all the blood.”

But Raven did bite on Anna’s neck to satiate her hunger, it has been long since she feed.

“Yeah.” Both women helped themselves up and wipe off some of the bloodstains. Their wounds were healing up at a fast pace so that was the least of their worries.

When both women put down the barrier, they saw Drew looking at them and surprisingly he was laughing.

(A.N I personally like fights and gore in real life. Where I stay I sometimes witness some serious fights which includes sword fights. This makes my fight scenes to be a bit bloody please forgive me if I ran wild.)
