Arran spent some time giving his parents an in-depth explanation of the reality dungeon he had awakened and made sure that they knew about how it worked as well as how it had contributed to raising Arran's current strength.

When this was done, both of Arran's parents had pondering expressions on their faces.

Arran's father even muttered softly, "So that's how it is... this is quite nifty, if you ask me. How I wish I had something like this myself growing up. It would have been very helpful to me when I was still growing up. At least it would have cut the time I needed to become stronger by more than half the original time. But now, this ability is mostly useless to me."

Arran listened to his father's mumblings and looked at him weirdly.

Hearing the kind of words Jeremiah spoke, Arran started to wonder exactly how strong his father was. For that matter, Arran was wondering how powerful his mother actually was.

For her to be the 83rd ruler of th

Arran had already understood the importance of his reality dungeon, but he was still puzzled about something. What exactly did his reality dungeon have to do with this space?Arran already had a suspicion of his own, but he did not voice it out. Instead, Arran asked his parents this question. When Azalea and Jeremiah heard Arran's question, she shook their heads before Azalea replied, "I don't know if you're really too slow on the upkeep but you should already have a guess as to how this place is related to your reality dungeon. Never the less, let me clarify for you.""This space is exactly a dreamscape space inside your reality gate, the same as your reality dungeon.""Actually, I would say that this space is actually your reality dungeon, only a new area that has been recently unlocked. for some reason, something must have happened to you recently that led to this space being unlocked and you having access to it. As for why I said, it is your re

"First of all, let me say this." Arran's mother, Azalea, started."Your father and I do not have a lot of time left and we will soon disappear from your dreamscape, so there is something we cannot say to you in time. Like right now, you asked us what an information singularity is. but to explain this in-depth so that you will understand clearly would take too much time, so we can't do that for you. Fortunately, you don't really need us to explain it to you before you can understand what an information singularity is.""There are plenty of records in the Kingsman Academy. That is where you are currently studying at, right?" Azalea asked Arran as an afterthought.Arran nodded in the affirmative."That's good." Azalea was relieved."Since that's the case, then it's even better. You just have to tell your unit instructor that you want to read up on the available information regarding information singularities. All you have to tell her is that you've al

  • Kingsman Return   The Foundations Of The Aeth

Arran slowly digested the fact that there was a group of people who were born to be chosen as guardians for the seven artifacts of the Aeth known as apostles, and he was one of them.As apostles, their authority was naturally above that of ordinary chosen and they were more powerful than they were. Being able to use the full power of the seven artifacts, one can imagine the level of power they can achieve with this privilege.Arran could now understand how he was able to borrow the powers of the World Essence Pulse Bracers, even if he had not been chosen. It was because he was already an apostle of the bracers, so naturally; he had the qualifications to do so.Arran no longer dwelled on this topic and simply accepted it as it was. This was not the most bizarre thing he had learned lately, so he was able to quickly accept such things. Besides, this discovery was good for him in all accepts, so what was there not to like. After accepting his identity as an

"I understand how you had arranged for me to appear here, but how does that help me in getting out of here?" After understanding all his parents' arrangements, Arran was still confused as to how he would be able to get out of his own dreamscape. So he had to ask."Well, silly," Arran's mother started."You should have already figured it out by now. Even though your father and I arranged for you to be here, we still couldn't have been able to predict everything that you would experience prior to you coming here. For example, your father and I couldn't have known that the shades would use this as an opportunity to invade or that you would awaken a dreamscape ability. We also couldn't have imagined that you would progress so fast and would accidentally experience an information singularity. This is what led you to your current situation,""In the beginning, when your father and I planned to meet you, we had left a little wisp of our will and consciousness with Lado

"It looks like you have finally realized where you went wrong. Now you should also know what you have to do?" When I am faced with problems, I always look to the two of you to resolve them for me. When I am on my own, this is not much of a problem since I am still able to handle most things on my own, but whenever you and dad appear, I start to regress into my old habit of relying on you both. This is a problem and I need to fix it.""That's good. It is good that you understand." Azalea said."Then how are you going to fix this problem of yours?" Azalea eventually asked.Arran kept silent for a while as he went through his thoughts. The war between the Shades and the Aeth had already gone into full-blown effect, and both sides were at each other's throats. With the sound of ion pulse cannons and electromagnetic blasters firing, the battle between the Shade invasion troops and the Seven Kings Army was well underway.Ever since the abyss door opened over the ocean of the Aeth planet and the first ships of the Shades breached space to arrive inside the Etherium, more than four hours had already passed. In these four hours, a lot of things had happened in the war.In the first few minutes of the invasion, the Shades had sent a small team of mercenaries and soldiers to serve as a vanguard to invade the various cities of the Aeth and spread panic and fear throughout. Their mission had been to delay the Aeth's response and the deployment of their troops and buy time for the rest of the invasion forces to arrive through the abyss door.Unfortunately, this plan had failed before it could even

  • Kingsman Return   Desperation

The Shades stared at their leader in shock at horror. They were surprised at the lengths he was willing to go to escape pursuit, and they were right to be. The mere mention of the space exile bomb was enough to terrify most people. As the name implies, the space exile bomb is a piece of technology that is capable of forcefully banishing and removing somebody from the current space to another corner of space. This is kinda like forced teleportation made on somebody against his own will. It was usually used to ambush enemies and send them away. The thing that was terrifying about the space exile bomb is that it was very unpredictable and impossible to control where one would be exiled to.The space exile bomb launches an indiscriminate attack in a specific radius and anybody caught in that radius would be under its influence and be exiled to a different space. The only way to avoid this is if one was strong enough to resist the pull of space or by running out of t

Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong. The space within the void fissure was just that… a literal void where nothing existed but the vast expanse of space. But the stability of this void was seriously compromised allowing for multiple fractures in space and time to open up in the surrounding void. Due to the force of the vacuum that pulled arran and Poltergeist into the void fissure, the two of them were barreling through this space uncontrollably without the ability to stabilize themselves. Arran was too weak at the moment after having all his strength drained from him while releasing the Earth’s World Will. As for Poltergeist, she was also weakened. This was because she

It was then that Arran realized the cause of everything. In Arran’s hand, Soran lay there quietly, no longer trembling as before as if it had gone to slumber. But when Arran thought of how everything that just happened was all because of it, Arran was shocked beyond belief. Arran thought that he already understood what Soran was capable of yet only now did he know that he was yet to scratch the surface of all of Soran’s capabilities. Soran’s ability, Triumph, granted Arran the means to win. Before Arran thought it only made it so that he could meet his enemies power blow for blow regardless of the difference in the realm. But what if there was a situation where Arran was up against an opponent whose gap in the realm was impossible to cross logically? For instance, how would Soran ensure Arran’s victory if he was up against a god as a mere mort

While it was a pity that he couldn’t kill Kasack, arran realized the urgency of the situation. Whatever Kasack did before his disappearance, it was bad… very bad. It was the strongest legacy left behind by the old one which could not be inherited directly. This power was only meant to be used at the critical time of the conflict with the Aeth civilization. It was Kasack’s greatest trump card one that he was reluctant to ever use. Yet at this moment, In the face of death, Kasack unleashed this power knowing full well the repercussions of his action.
