Two weeks have gone by and it was finally time for the chosen ceremony to begin.Prior to now, Arran had been frantically trying to improve his combat ability as much as he possibly could, given such little time, but when there had only been three days left until the chosen ceremony was meant to start, Arran had slowed down the intensity of his training and had instead used that time to relax himself.He had spent most of those three days in bed with Charmy or touring the academy and the three towns outside the academy leisurely with Eris and Charmy. While the participants prepared themselves for the start of the first elimination round, up on the floating mountain, the rest of the invited audience in the venue were discussing the mode of the first round amongst themselves. It had to be said that the audience was quite surprised and excited by this new way of eliminating the participants. With such an ingenious method being employed right from the start, there was bound to be no dull moment in this ceremony.Unfortunately, not all who were present here were as excited about this mode of competition. at the very least Eris and Charmy were quite worried about Arran's chances during this round of eliminations.When the two of them had first heard about how the first round of eliminations would be conducted, their first reaction was to think about Arran and how he would fare during this round. this way especially so for Charmy because she knew more than anyone here just how treacherous and dangerous the ocean could be.
