Naturally, the seven rulers had the ability to put anybody they wanted into the list of participants, but it was just that they didn't really have to do so themselves. If any member of their family wanted to participate in the ceremony all they had to do was inform the council and they would be able to do so since all members of the seven royal families had a reserved seat in any major public event that took place in their civilization.
For Arran who was not a member of the royal family to be personally recommended, this went a long way to show how much he was valued by the seven rulers.

While the participants prepared themselves for the start of the first elimination round, up on the floating mountain, the rest of the invited audience in the venue were discussing the mode of the first round amongst themselves. It had to be said that the audience was quite surprised and excited by this new way of eliminating the participants. Hello everyone, it's your favorite author here. So this is where this book will be ending for now. The story is not over for Arran and his companions. There are many more adventures to share with everybody. But I decided to end this book here because I felt that it had reached a mature point and it was time to evolve the story to something more. From the sequel book onwards, it will no longer just be a story about a boy searching for answers alone but Arran will be accompanied by other main characters from my other stories. So for those who haven't read any of my other stories, you should really give it a try. Arran was sucked away into the void fissure which closed immediately after, but not before Poltergeist had managed to latch onto his thigh for whatever reason. Seeing Poltergeist clinging onto him, Arran was confused before suddenly developing the urge to retort vehemently. But he wouldn’t have that time for things were just starting to go very wrong. The space within the void fissure was just that… a literal void where nothing existed but the vast expanse of space.
