The sound of metal hitting against each other resounded around the entire hall. Immediately, people turned to see what had happened.

What they saw surprised them.

In the air, just in the blind spot of the Furor’s jaw, Arran could be seen flying in the air. His body was poised to strike and his straight sword had landed on the Furor’s shoulder.

Many people were wondering how Arran had suddenly appeared there. After all, he had just been in a precarious situation not long ago and was on the verge of people crushed between the palms of the Furor’s palms.

But much to everybody’s surprise, Arran suddenly pulled a reversal and appeared in another position.

Without giving it much thought, everybody came to the conclusion that Arran had used a displacement skill. He had to have done so, as that was the only way to move from one position to another in an instant.
