The news of the Aeth sending a fleet to Fort Crawford came as a shock to all the managers present here and they started to panic a little. Each of them started bombarding Lorne with questions as they tried to learn why the Aeth would be sending a whole fleet to their station.
The reason why these managers were so panicked is that of how high profile the Aeth had been in recent times. Due to the matter of the Aeth retaliating against the shades that had happened some time ago, the Aeth had become the focus of attention for the whole Ether, and anything that they did during this period would come under scrutiny from the others. The other races and civilizations paid close attention to any activity or movement the Aeth did during this period just so they would be prepared in case the Aeth suddenly turned their cannons on them.
