Chapter 156

Lecter's eyes narrowed as he crept through the shadows of Morris' mansion. He had finally tracked him down, and now was the moment of reckoning.

Morris, desperate and panicked, tried to make a run for it, but Lecter was too quick. He grabbed Morris, his grip like a vice, and dragged him back into the room.

"You're not going anywhere, Morris," Lecter hissed, his eyes blazing with anger.

Morris struggled and kicked, but Lecter's grip only tightened. "You're a monster, Lecter!" Morris spat. "You'll never get away with this!"

Lecter's expression was cold and detached. "I already have, Morris. I killed your daughter Venita. She was too evil, just like you."

Morris' eyes widened in horror. "No! You lie!"

Lecter's smile was chilling. "I'm afraid not, Morris. Venita was a pawn in your game, just like Willy. But she was too dangerous to be allowed to live."

Morris' face contorted in rage and grief. "You'll pay for this, Lecter! You'll rot in hell!"
