CHAPTER NINETY

Logan knew he had to address the situation with John. He had made a decision, one that was not easy but necessary. Soon after Tom had left, he approached John with a heavy heart, ready to explain.

"John, I've been giving this a lot of thought," Logan began, his voice tinged with regret. "I've decided that I won't be able to hire you as a gardener."

John's eyes widened with surprise and disappointment. "But why? What did I do wrong?"

Logan sighed, trying to find the right words. "I apologize, but it's a personal matter. I would really appreciate if you'd understand and I'm sorry for any inconvenience."

John's disappointment quickly turned into anger. His face contorted, and he snapped, "You're a damn idiot, you know that? Wasting my time like this. Fuck you man!"

Logan tried to explain further, but John wasn't interested in listening. He hurled a string of insults, questioning Logan's character and integrity before storming off in a fit of anger.
