As Logan urgently mentioned that the old man's life was in danger, Sam's demeanor shifted abruptly. Without waiting for further explanation, Sam bolted down the corridor, his colleagues trailing behind him. Logan, calling after them to wait, pursued them with desperation, eager to provide an explanation before any misunderstanding escalated.

The chase led them to the old man's ward, where Susan was attentively attending to him. Sam arrived breathless, anxiety etched on his face. "Is he okay?" he urgently inquired, eyes searching Susan for reassurance.
