Call Me Matteo

Jack smiled. "Then, where is Miss Elia now? Are you married to him? Why weren't you invited?" Jack asked in succession.

Unfortunately, this question actually made Matteo gloomy. "Jack, the return of my memory is because Elia's parents don't approve of us."

Jack frowned. “Who is the crazy person who dares to reject the head of the biggest mafia in America? Is he looking for death? So what will you do now? Let's get Roger, Thor and Martin together again? We can bring Miss Elia to you." Jack offered. Even though he is determined to retire, for Dorman's happiness, he is willing to do anything.

Matteo shook his head. “The three colonies are strong, but their numbers are not as large as Domen's members. I need more than just a bunch of mobsters. I have to reclaim the plaque of power, then Joni won't dare to fight with me. I will be a man of honor, carrying Elia proudly as my lover, not as stolen goods.”

Matteo turned and looked at Jack. “It's useless for me to come back with Matteo like this. I should be able to get to a point where I will no longer be looked down upon. My little brother must also know his position." Edgar must realize that he is not capable of being the leader of Domen, as evidenced by the fallout of Domen in just three years.

“Of course, Edgar must know his place. Mr. Dorman just tell me what is needed, I will help to the best of my ability.” Again, Jack made a respectful pose towards Dorman, who is currently called Matteo.

“But, I don't want to be called Dorman. My name is Matteo now, so just call me Matteo. Also, don't be so reluctant to me, currently his fighting ability is no greater than yours. My body needs more exercise after a three year hiatus.”

Jack nodded. “Okay, then I will call Mr. Matteo. So, what are your plans now, sir?"

“Building a new colony of Roger, Thor, and Martin. Do you have data on their whereabouts? Invite them all to the old place.” Matteo instructed.

Jack nodded. “It's easy to call them because I keep monitoring them. "It's just that the three colonies have never gotten along for a long time, is Mr. Matteo sure about creating a joint colony?" Jack asked to confirm.

Matteo rubbed the tattoo behind his right ear, his own special position. “They don't get along because I never asked them to get along. But when their leader was cheated, there was no longer any reason for them not to join in to help me.” Matteo is not narcissistic, but only his words will be obeyed by the three colonies. The reason Matteo never merged the three colonies was because their sense of competition benefited him when leading Domen.

Jack nodded in understanding. “Okay, so where will Mr. Matteo live now? There is still a mansion that I look after without Edgar's knowledge, not that I want to take what's mine, but considering that Edgar sold some assets for who knows what, I don't feel willing." The information that Jack has is very fluent even though he is no longer involved in Domen, it's just that he only knows external issues, not in detail.

“Rona Mansion? Did you put the Jaguar there too?” Matteo asked about one of the houses he often visited when he was tired.

Jack nodded. "For tonight, just sleep at my house, sir. I'll take you to the mansion tomorrow morning."

"Ok"

On the other hand, Elia went through three months full of sadness. Revenge on her father for killing Matteo makes Elia completely reluctant to interact with her father. Every day Elia doesn't get bored of listening to Matteo's piano playing. It was Elia who asked Matteo to play the piano, and it turned out that the man understood quickly. The street bandit he saved turned into a pianist for his sake. However, Joni didn't give Matteo any room to be with her.

"Matteo, if I die, can we meet in that world?" Elia doesn't know that Matteo is still in the same world as him and is currently preparing a plan to pick her up.

Joni, the man stared flatly at the tablet screen on his desk. He had installed CCTV in Elia's room for a long time. Guarding against bad possibilities that might happen to Elia. In total, Elia has tried to commit suicide four times in three months.

"Dad, let's just tell Elia the truth. Who knows, maybe this will make Elia have the enthusiasm to live and not try to commit suicide." Lula looked at her husband who was still standing still.

"I even wanted to get that damn baby out of Elia's stomach, why did that bastard dare get my daughter pregnant?" Joni said angrily.

After finding out that Elia was pregnant, Joni wanted to act quickly by aborting Elia's pregnancy. However, Elia had a weak body, so the burial operation could not be carried out. Currently, Elia is four months pregnant, but Elia doesn't know at all because her stomach has not yet grown, and there are no signs of pregnancy apart from bleeding on the day Matteo was executed.

"God may know, Elia could return to living a normal life if she knew that in her stomach there was Matteo's flesh and blood. Stop driving our daughter crazy if you really love her.” Lula left the room, unable to contain her anger at remaining inside with her husband.

Joni could only sigh in annoyance. He took the drawer key, opened his desk drawer, took out several photos and letters. It was a letter from the hospital and an ultrasound photo that was performed during Elia's examination. Joni himself actually knows that in the last three months, Lula has been secretly giving Elia pregnancy-strengthening medication, because even though it wasn't aborted, if Elia's pregnancy wasn't helped by medication, it's likely that she wouldn't survive because Elia often tried to commit suicide.
