Erin tried to call Xander but he was unavailable. Though she didn’t want the day to end with those two being in a sour mood, Erin had no choice but to let them be. Maybe spending time by themselves would also make them feel somehow better, and it would also give them time to think about things.
“Hey, Erin!” Jeffrey called for her when he saw her in front of the DME building. “Where’s Kane and Xander?”
“Why are you looking for them from me?” Erin just laughed it off.
“Well, you and Xander were inseparable and everyone knew that Kane had been added into your bunch.” Jeffrey smiled. “Knowing Xander, he wouldn’t leave him alone and he would drag you around just to chase after him.”
