It was a day off for Kane and he already planned to spend the rest of his day lazing around his place. He planned to do nothing but sleep, read, eat, sleep, then eat again, and sleep some more. He was so excited to spend the day as he planned, but his excitement immediately faded when he heard the loud knocks on his door.
“Who could be the one bothering me during my precious day off?” he mumbled in an annoyed tone. His strides were big as he walked towards the door and opened it.
He just stared at the two who enthusiastically greeted him with wide grins on their faces. How did they even know his address?
“What brought you here?” Kane made sure that his door wasn’t wide open and he used his body to block the remaining space.
“Why are you just standing there?” Xander grinned as he held Kane’s shoulder. “Let us in, my friend.”
Kane gave up immediately when the two pushed him towards the house
