The two were impressed as they watched Kane cook the sinigang for them. Though he didn’t look like it, Kane seemed to be skillful as he went on with the cooking. Erin and Xander couldn’t help but admire him. Just imagine a handsome guy with an elegant presence inside the kitchen holding a ladle and preparing something delicious! Wouldn’t that make him seem like an ideal man?
“You don’t expect me to prepare the table for you, right?” Kane said as he took a sip of the soup.
“What a bummer.” Xander sighed. “Were guests here, you know?”
“Guests?” Kane looked at him with his left brow raised. “You just casually barged into my place and now you call yourself a guest?”
Erin laughed when Kane looked so annoyed after he said those words. If he had time to get annoyed, did that mean that they finally cheered him up?
It was somehow gratifying to watch Kane act like that. He had always been a bit distant and quiet, but at that moment he wasn’t even trying
