After being informed by Maria. I go back to Witch country to find a book about such magic. I go to the magic library and tried my best to search for it.

“Instructor… Is there magic that can manipulate the weather?”

“I think there was that type of magic. But that magic is extreme. Changing weather is changing the flow of the world itself. It's not something that you can use even you know it.”

“I still want to learn it.”

The instructor gives me a book containing the weather manipulation magic. Reading it for hours and studying the magic. I find out that it's hopeless for me. It's insane magic that needs a billion amount of magic. If I used mine it will also such my own life force. It will still not be enough. I’ll die i
