114: Divorce

"Levi," Brooklyn called out as soon as she walked into the room. With an aggrieved face, she added, "What was all that?"

She didn't respond but she walked to Levi and was sitting on the swiveling chair in front of the PC.

It was when she got closer that she saw the file in his hands. Her eyes squinted as she realized it was his copy of their agreement.

Is he seriously considering divorcing her?

Her insides boiled with rage as she scowled threateningly,

"Let me tell you. I won't be signing any bullshit of divorce papers and you... Don't even think of letting me go. We are bound in this lifetime. You can try in your next lifetime."

Her loud voice gradually grew low and hoarse as she hit him on the back. "How could you even think of something like that? What made you think I'll let you go? You..."

Her eyes widened as he turned the swiveling chair around and suddenly caught her wrist. He pulled her to sit on him and suddenly smiled cheekily.

"And what made you think I was going to divorce
