"Hey," Levi called out as he pulled his suitcase aside as he bolted the door behind him. "Isn't it like dawn over there? You are awake?"

"Hmm mmm," Brooklyn nodded; her appearance slightly disheveled on the phone screen. She brushed off the hair strands that had gathered up like a bird nest on her head.

"I couldn't sleep and when I saw your message, I thought to call you. How are you?"

"I'm jet lagged," Levi shrugged as he removed his shoes and got into the bathroom.

He dropped the phone on the sink casually and began to undress. Brooklyn held back a cough then. "What are you doing? Should I call—"

"Not like you haven't seen me in my birthday suit before."

She almost choked at his shamelessness. But the next words he said caused her blush to disappear.

"Nata... What?" She sat up almost immediately.
