There was silence as they all waited for the chairman's response. One of the directors felt perhaps they were a bit too harsh with their words now thus warranting the delay in response so he tried to salvage the situation,

"We are not saying the young master is not capable or competent. But there are some heights the elders will be able to attain which will still be like miles away for the youths so reconsider our opinion sir."

"Fine," Levi could almost see grandfather Hernandez nod but his brows arched wondering what the old man was playing at now.
