Avon could only stare at the guards for answers cause there was no camera attached to monitor movements down here, that was the reason why he had guards all around.

Say, the two dunderheads here saw nothing and flopped their post. What about the rest? They all had the same looks, creased faces with furrowed brows, coupled with the same answers that spoke of their cluelessness of the situation.

Avon was livid, but masked it well with a blank face. His rage wasn’t directed too much at his men, rather at the fact that those two f*ckheads got away.

“We’re really sorry, General,” one of the men mustered enough courage to apologize.
