Melissa curiously looked around the shabbily-decorated room then sat on the bed while softly chuckling. It was in the middle of night but, surprisingly, Bin asked her to come with him to his room. Jasmine and Rika were interested in tagging alone, however, Bin rudely told them to go home.
“To think such a day would come. I’m really impressed by your boldness.”
Instead of replying, Bin pulled the only chair and positioned in front of the girl. He solemnly sat down and cleared his throat before saying, “I don’t think it’s the time for your jokes, Melissa. You are a smart girl and I’m sure that, by now, you have a couple of guesses.”
