Bryan, clandestine in his acquisition of the villa, navigated the winding roads to the secluded property, all while harboring the secret from his unsuspecting mother. Gratitude washed over him, knowing that her unawareness spared him from potential consequences.

As he pulled up to the grandeur of his newly acquired residence, thoughts swirled in Bryan's mind about orchestrating his mother's departure from the country. The intricate plan loomed ahead, requiring careful execution.

Upon entering, Bryan encountered Zephyra, patiently awaiting his arrival. The mere sight of her evoked a flood of emotions, and he couldn't contain the overwhelming urge to cry. Wrapped in a heartfelt embrace, Bryan found solace in releasing the pent-up emotions that had gripped him.

After the tears subsided, a wave of realization washed over him. Embarrassment took hold as he acknowledged the unexpected vulnerability he had displayed before Zephyra, his once-disliked boss, now a recipient of his unabashed emotions.

After calming down, he separated from the hug but couldn't look his boss straight in the eye.

"Get over it" Zephyra said as she watched his cheek puffed up in embarrassment.

"I trust you, so I will give you this. See what you can do with it." Zephyra patted the documents on the table.

"You and Winston will be working together. For now, he would be the face of Evernight while I am away. Start up a new company with the information and see how far you can go. I will come and get the products from you soon.

Also, don't forget to cultivate some people and use those pills as written. Remember, the world is changing." Zephyra disappeared in front of him, leaving Bryan to his thoughts.

Zephyra arrived back at Eldoria and noticed them still on the floor.

"Aish… it seems like I have only gone for a while" she muttered while checking the time which is located at the top right corner of the panel interface.

Zephyra waved her hand and used her water elemental powers to cleanse them while using the wind to carry them back to the tent.

In Zephyra 's first life, she had space, wind and earth as her spirit root and in the second life as an alchemist, she had fire and water.

Now she has five of them with the addition of time.

She had only tested it for a while but couldn't control it as of now.

After her journey to the modern world, she had learned to sense time distortion.

Zephyra looked at her territory and muttered under her breath.

Time for upgrades.

She had gotten a lot of materials from her hunt and her journey to the modern world, especially processed herbs.

Once she was done with the upgrades, she would refine many pills for making deals with potential big wigs.

She opened the territory panel.

For every 25 levels, a unique property would be added to the building and the tier would increase.

A white light flashed and the territory changed.

Five more buildings were added and the protective shield expanded.

The list looked endless and also seemed to have professions with overlapping works.

She clicked on the Blacksmith and the related workshop appeared, which is a forge.

A token materialized before her.

The token had a metallic look with Forge written on it in the form of italics and level one below it.

"I already have the space, I can stay there to concoct some potion and pills. Let's upgrade some more, but it seems that the core will be hard to get since not every animal has a core."

Zephyra was confused, she did not think she had forgotten anything.
